<p>San Antonio is a major city in south-central Texas with a rich colonial heritage. <p>Cibolo is a medium-sized city located in the state of Texas. With a population of 29,249 people and three constituent neighborhoods, Cibolo is the 164th largest community in Texas. There's nothing like the smell of a brand new house, and in Cibolo, you'll find that a large proportion of houses were recently built. New growth in residential real estate is an indication that people are choosing to move to Cibolo, and putting down their money on brand new construction. The City of Cibolo is within easy access of Seguin and San Antonio. Cibolo lies approximately 13 miles east of the San Antonio metropolitan area. Cibolo is part of an area known as the Metrocom, the Northeast corner of Bexar County and the Southwest corner of Guadalupe County. The sister cities of the Metrocom include Universal City, Schertz, Selma, Live Oak, Gardenridge, Converse and Kirby. In this area you will also find Randolph Air Force Base a major pilot training facility for the United States Air Force. Today, Cibolo is quite different from what it was in the early 1900s. Cibolo is home to a diverse group of people. As a result of the military base and Cibolo's location, many business and industries have located in the Cibolo area. Cibolo is now awakening to the challenges of the future. In fact, the housing industry has been booming in Cibolo for several years. Cibolo is a charming city that provides a "country-style" way of life. Cibolo is a "City of Choice."</p>

<p>Seguin is a city in and the county seat of Guadalupe County, Texas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 25,175.[4] By 2018, the population was estimated to be 29,700.</p>
<p>Seguin, named in honor of Juan Segu&iacute;n, a Tejano Texian freedom fighter and early supporter of the Republic of Texas, is one of the oldest towns in Texas, founded just 16 months after the Texas Revolution began. The frontier settlement was a cradle of the Texas Rangers and home to the celebrated Captain Jack Hays, perhaps the most famous Ranger of all.</p>
<p>Seguin was the home of Dr. John E. Park, who experimented in construction using concrete made from local materials. The nearly 100 structures&mdash;the courthouse, schools, churches, homes, cisterns, walls, etc.&mdash;made up the largest concentration of early 19th-century concrete buildings in the United States. About 20 of them remain standing.</p>
<p>The use of concrete largely ended when the railroad arrived in 1876, bringing cheap lumber and the equipment needed for brick-making. The town had five brickworks, and the wooden buildings of downtown were completely replaced with brick by the beginning of World War I.</p>
<p>For almost 100 years, the town was dependent on the rich surrounding farmland and ranches. Then the&nbsp;Texas oil boom&nbsp;came just as the&nbsp;Great Depression&nbsp;was taking down other towns and cities. Seguin could raise enough tax money to match the federal grants for "make-work" projects. The&nbsp;New Deal&nbsp;transformed the city's public face with&nbsp;Art Deco-style city hall, courthouse, jail, and fountain, as well as storm sewers, sidewalks, and three swimming pools (one for Anglos, one for Blacks, one for Hispanics). The town commemorated its centennial by opening&nbsp;Max Starcke Park, with a golf course, a pavilion, picnic tables, and BBQ pits along a scenic river drive, and a curving dam that created a waterfall.</p>
<p>To preserve some of the historic character of the town, Seguin became one of the state's first&nbsp;Main Street&nbsp;cities, and the downtown district was placed on the&nbsp;National Register of Historic Places. Fine homes by leading architects J. Reily Gordon, Solon McAdoo, Leo M.J. Dielman, Atlee B. Ayers, and Marvin Eickenroht dating from the late 19th century and the first half of the 20th century can be found on many streets. However, the city does not have any officially designated historic residential districts.</p>
<p>The postwar era had industrial development, including a minimill that turned scrap metal into construction products. A plant was built by Motorola in 1972 to produce car electronics. It was bought by Continental AG in 2006. A Caterpillar diesel engine assembly plant was opened in 2008.</p>

<p>Bulverde, Texas is a city in Comal County. Bulverde dates back to the period 2,500 to 600 B.C. when the Native Americans lived in the area. The area was known for their arrowheads known as Bulverde Point, which can still be found in the city today. In 1880&rsquo;s, Bulverde was a great stopping point for travelers. Travelers come to Bulverde from all over to escape the demanding city lifestyle. The tranquil, soothing atmosphere in Bulverde is difficult to find in todays society. Bulverde, Texas is known as home to MLB Baseball Player Jason LaRue, musician Augie Meyers, and former republican member of the Texas House of Representatives Nathan Macias.</p>
<p>Opportunities for recreation, adventure, and fun are abundant in Bulverde. Bulverde is home to amazing cycling and running roads. The hilly terrain is filled with remarkable views of Texas Hill Country. Live oak trees and blooming wildflowers often line the roads of Bulverde. Bulverde is only an 18 minute drive away from Guadalupe River State Park in Spring Branch. This state park is one of the most beautiful parks in Texas. Visitors can take pleasure in tubing, hiking, fishing, camping, swimming, picnicking, and canoeing. Honey Creek State Natural Area is a guided walking tour in Guadalupe River State Park. Individuals on the tour can see two miles worth of incredible flora and fauna. Enjoy a traditional Texas rodeo every Saturday night at Tejas Rodeo Company. The Tejas Rodeo Company does an excellent job of providing a thrilling and entertaining experience for all of their guests. Enjoy this family friendly atmosphere filled with bull riders, barrel racers, mutton buston, and dancing.</p>
